5 Bonus & Rewards Policy

Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit.
• A minimum deposit is required to qualify for a bonus.
• Bonus funds must be wagered at least 10 times before withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

7 Account Suspension & Closure

6rwine may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Where evidence of a Terms violation is found.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the user's own request to voluntarily close their account.

If you have a complaint after your account is closed, contact the support team. Legitimate withdrawal requests will always be processed.

8 Limitation of Liability

• In the event that a bet is disrupted due to internet disconnection or device issues.
